Workout wrap up

Did pretty good this week.  Still snacked on some sweets but have been able to control my snacking and am getting better at substituting healthier options.  I saw these yummy ideas on Pinterest so I can wait to try them out.

Anyways, on to this week.  Here’s what I did:
Monday: swam laps for 30 minutes and went to hot yoga
Tuesday: hot yoga sculpt
Wednesday: too sore from sculpt class I could barely move
Thursday: tight abs and butt workout – 1 hour
Friday: hot yoga
