Playground!

We took Tyler to the neighborhood playground Sunday afternoon. He's not quite big enough to do anything by himself, but did hang on to the monkey bars for just a second

Tyler had his 9 month checkup and shots yesterday. He is getting so big, he barely cried at all when he got his shot. He weighs 22lbs and 2 oz (75%), is 29.5 inches long (87%) and his head circumference is 18.5 inches (91%). We also got his 9 month photos taken so we'll post some of those when we get them in a few weeks. For now, here are some cute shots taken from the last month.
He loves his new walker toy and goes everywhere with it.

So cute! And of course, he loves his daddy!

Such a big boy, he has his own camp chair.

Our college friend Amanda Tierney and her son Ethan from Florida stopped by for a visit last week. Ethan is 3 months old and about half the size of Ty! Crazy how fast they grow.

I love these shots. It's really hard to get these because the second I get down on the floor he comes crawling at me really fast.

When my sister visited a couple weeks ago, we took our trip to the St. Louis Zoo. It hard to tell in this picture, but we are in front of the hippo tank.

Sippy cup

Our boy is getting so big. We've been handing him his sippy cup for months now but he never really knew what to do so he would use it to smash his cheerios. Tonight we gave it to him and he put it right to his mouth and instead of just chewing on it he actually sucked on it several times and swallowed the water. Such a big boy! He got his 9 month photos taken today. We can't believe he's already that old!
