So I've been slacking on posting my workouts but I have not been slacking on my workouts. For the last couple weeks I've been going to hot yoga at least 5 times a week and swimming twice a week. I've been trying to eat heathlier and limit the unhealthy snacking. And good news, I'm starting to see results and other people are seeing results too. I've lost 1.5 inches around my waist since January! Woohoo! I found some great motivating pictures and sayings on Pinterest. Below is one of my favorites.
